Launch of ZIF Real Estate Direct Switzerland

Zurich Invest AG is launching a new real estate fund: ZIF Real Estate Direct Switzerland. With this fund, we are giving qualified investors unique access to high-quality existing Swiss real estate properties in top locations. The fund will acquire 66 attractive properties with stable earnings in three tranches over a period of three years. These properties have a market value of around 1 billion Swiss francs.
